The Shanghai market regulator pointed out that the reason for IKEA's recall of the mirror product was "the risk of cracking of wall-mounted accessories. With regard to the recall measures for the above unqualified products, the Shanghai market supervision issued a document saying that consumers should immediately stop using them and contact IKEA to obtain free wall-mounted accessories. IKEA will publicly and widely release product recall information, including the official website of IKEA https://www.ikea.cn/ The IKEA member customers who purchase the product at the same time (who have purchased the product with IKEA membership card in the past five years, and maintain the correct and effective contact information) will receive a text message about the recall.
