IKEA will publicly and widely release product recall information, including the official website of IKEA https://www.ikea.cn/ The IKEA member customers who purchase the product at the same time (who have purchased the product with IKEA membership card in the past five years, and maintain the correct and effective contact information) will receive a text message about the recall.
