The all-day dining restaurant, Yunbin Hui, and the Chinese restaurant, Jing Feng Xuan, were designed by Hong Kong design firm ABCONCEPT. As the first Ritz-Carlton hotel in Northeast China, the hotel will become a new landmark in the city once it opens in 2021, fully demonstrating the humanistic flavor of Ice City.
